If a part we installed fails within 90 days of service, we return and fix it at no additional labor cost. Just call us.
After the 90-day labor period, parts remain covered under their manufacturer warranty. A $49.95 service fee applies for the trip and diagnosis.
Out-of-warranty labor for opener or spring replacement is capped at $200, so you always know the maximum exposure up front.
Warranty service is scheduled Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM. Need help outside those hours? Our standard same-day and 24/7 emergency service is always available.
We service residential garage doors. We do not service commercial roll-up doors or industrial systems.
Fine print: Warranty applies to parts and labor performed by Quality Garage Doors. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, weather events, attempted self-repair, or normal wear on consumables. Manufacturer warranties are passed through and governed by their own terms.
