Before You Call.

Q1

Do you really come out same-day?

Yes. Within Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado. Call before 3pm and we usually arrive that afternoon — earlier in the day, even better.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. In-home, no obligation, anywhere in our service area. We don't pad estimate charges into the invoice later.

What about after-hours?

24-hour emergency line for stuck-open doors, broken springs, and security issues. Standard rates apply during business hours; after-hours has a small surcharge — we'll quote it before we roll.

Q4

Do you replace just one spring?

No. Both springs always get replaced. They wear at the same rate and replacing one puts the new one under stress it wasn't sized for.

What opener brands do you carry?

Liftmaster only. It's what we trust on our own homes. We don't carry anything we wouldn't install for our family.
