After the 90-day labor period, parts remain covered under manufacturer terms. The trip + diagnosis fee is $49.95.
Out-of-warranty opener and spring replacement labor is capped at $200 — fair, fixed, no surprises.

90-Day Labor Warranty
If a part we installed fails within 90 days of service, we return and fix it at no additional labor cost. Just call.
Parts Coverage After 90 Days
Parts remain covered under their original manufacturer terms (Liftmaster, springs, hardware). The trip + diagnosis is $49.95 to come out.
Out-Of-Warranty Labor Cap
Opener and spring replacement labor on out-of-warranty calls is capped at $200. We tell you up front before any work starts.
What's Excluded
Damage from misuse, accidents, weather events, attempted self-repair, or normal wear on consumables (weatherstripping, lube, batteries) is not covered. We'll always be straight with you about which bucket your call falls in.
