What folks usually ask about openers.
Should I repair or replace my opener?
If it's under 10 years old and the issue is a single component (board, eye, gear), repair makes sense. Older units, or ones needing two-or-more parts, are usually cheaper to replace — and a new belt-drive Liftmaster is dramatically quieter.
Do you install other brands besides Liftmaster?
For new installs we stick with Liftmaster — we know them inside out, parts are easy to source, and they last. We repair all major brands.
How long does an install take?
Typical install is 2–3 hours, including programming, safety-eye alignment, and cleaning up. We also re-program any keypads and remotes you want to keep using.
Is the new opener compatible with my phone?
Yes — Liftmaster's myQ app works with iPhone and Android, and ties into smart-home platforms like Apple Home, Google Home, and Alexa.
Ready for an opener that doesn't wake the kids?
Free in-home estimate. Same-day install in most cases. $100 off coupon stacks with everything.
