Things people ask when they call.
Why do you replace both springs?
Springs are matched pairs. They're rated for the same number of cycles, so when one snaps the other one is right behind it — usually within weeks. Replacing both at once saves you a second service call and a second labor charge.
How fast can you actually be here?
Most calls in Sacramento, Elk Grove, Folsom, and Roseville are same-day. We have an after-hours emergency line for the actually-stuck-and-can't-get-the-car-out situations.
What does a repair cost?
Spring jobs start in the low hundreds; smaller fixes (rollers, hinges, weather stripping) cost less. We give you a flat written quote before any work starts. Coupons stack — check the coupons page.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes — 90 days on labor, plus the manufacturer's parts warranty. See the warranty page for the details.
Door making a noise it shouldn't?
Don't wait for it to get worse. We'll be there same-day in most cases.
