Our warranty, in plain English.
If we fixed it and it acts up, you call us. We come back. That's the whole idea. Here are the specifics, written like a human wrote them.
90 days
Labor warranty on every repair and installation we perform.
Parts coverage
Manufacturer parts warranty continues after the labor period ends.
What's covered
90-day labor warranty
If a part we installed fails within 90 days of service, we come back and fix it at no additional labor cost. Just call us.
Parts after 90 days
After the 90-day labor period ends, parts remain covered under their manufacturer warranty. A $49.95 service fee applies for the trip and diagnosis — that's our cost, not yours.
$200 labor cap on opener & spring replacements
Out of warranty? Even then, labor for replacing an opener or springs is capped at $200 — no matter how long it takes. You'll never get a surprise four-figure labor bill from us.
What's not covered
Damage from misuse, accidents, weather events, attempted self-repair, or normal wear-and-tear on consumables (weather stripping, batteries) isn't covered. We'll always tell you straight if a problem falls in that bucket.
How to use the warranty
Just call us at (916) 435-6320. Tell us when we did the work and what's happening. We'll book a follow-up — usually same week.
Something we fixed acting up?
