Our warranty, plainly written.
Every repair and installation we do is backed by a 90-day labor warranty. Manufacturer parts coverage continues from there. The fine print, in plain language.

01
90-day labor warranty
Every repair and installation we perform is covered by a 90-day labor warranty from the date of service. If the work we did fails within 90 days, we return and correct it at no labor charge.

Manufacturer parts coverage
After the 90-day labor period, parts continue to be covered under their manufacturer warranties (Liftmaster, spring and door manufacturer terms). A $49.95 service fee for trip and diagnosis applies on out-of-labor-warranty calls.
-
03
$200 labor cap on out-of-warranty replacements
For opener replacements and spring replacements outside the 90-day labor period, our labor charge is capped at $200. Parts charged at standard rates.
