Day Labor Warranty

Every repair and install is backed by a 90-day labor warranty. If our work fails inside 90 days, we come back and fix it — no charge.

Quality Garage Doors Warranty Terms

1. 90-Day Labor Warranty

We warranty our labor on every garage door repair and installation for 90 days from the date of service. If a part we installed or repaired fails due to our workmanship within that period, we'll return and re-do the labor at no charge.

2. Parts Warranty After 90 Days

Beyond 90 days, parts coverage continues under the manufacturer's warranty terms. We help you process manufacturer claims and source replacement parts. A $49.95 service fee applies for trip + diagnosis on these visits to cover travel and inspection time.

3. $200 Labor Cap

For out-of-warranty opener and spring replacement labor, our labor charge is capped at $200. Parts are billed separately and at our standard rates. This keeps repeat repairs predictable and affordable.

4. What's NOT Covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or impacts (vehicle hits, falling objects, etc.)
  • Damage from weather events (storms, flooding, falling trees)
  • Damage from attempted self-repair or third-party repair after our service
  • Normal wear on consumable parts (lube, bottom seal, weatherstripping, light bulbs)
  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original work order

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Call us at (916) 435-6320 with your original service date and address. We'll verify the warranty status, schedule a return visit, and resolve the issue.

Plain-language summary: If we did the work and something we touched fails inside 90 days, we'll come back and make it right. After 90 days, we still take care of you — labor is just capped at a fair max and parts run through manufacturer terms.
