Why both springs at once?
Springs wear at the same rate. Replacing only the broken one over-tensions the new one and shortens its life. We always replace as a pair.
What's the free lube + tune?
It's a $129 standalone service: lube every moving part, tighten hardware, balance the door, test safety reverse. We include it free with every repair.
Do you charge a service fee?
$49.95 trip + diagnosis fee applies if you decline the repair. The fee is waived when you book the repair with us.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes — 90-day labor warranty on every repair. Parts continue under manufacturer terms after.
